Our lakeside apartments are situated on the banks of Lake Annecy, with direct access to the lake, beach area and with watersports.

Discover the old town in Annecy, stroll along the bank of the lake, take a pedalo, rowing boat, waterski or take an eening dining cruise from Annecy town.

In the summer time relax and catch some sun on the private sandy beach, or seek shade under one of the 100 year old trees.

In winter, admire how Lake Annecy laps the snow topped mountains, and use the apartments as a base for a days skiing, with major ski resorts such as Meribel, Courchevel and Megeve under an hour away, returning to relax in front of the log fire in the cosy reception area.

The reception area has a cosy bar and communal seating area, with large comfy sofas and a log fire for those visitng in the colder months.

There is a top quality restaurant associated with the apartments, situated on the bank of Lake Annecy - enjoy a good meal and a glass of wine whilst admiring the breathtaking scenery of Lake Annecy and the surrounding mountains.

The apartments have an association with a watersports specialist and can arrange hire of equipment and lessons for numerous watersports, including water skiing, wakeboarding and canoing.

Fancy something less exhusting? Hire out a pedalo and discover Lake Annecy at your own pace, or rent a bike for the day and cycle round the lake, stopping for cooling drinks and a bite to eat along the way. The special cycle track along the path of the disused railway line starts close by.
